Jared Leto Diet

If you wonder how Jared Leto manages to maintain his shape, Jared's secret, 40, is that he is a loyal vegetarian, which means he eats raw fruits and vegetables. "Health food every day. I will eat anything that doesn't have taste - like unsalted nuts, raw food and berries," Jared is quoted as saying.

If Jared has to go through a very rapid weight loss for a role, he follows "The Master Cleanse Diet", which unlike many fad diets of today, has survived the test of time for over 60 years!

It has to be noted that many celebrities and nutrition experts are raving over the immense health benefits and amazing body transformations this diet offers. (Beyonce Knowles also has followed "The Master Cleanse Diet" for her role in "Dreamgirls" and shed 20 pounds!)
